Our Curriculum

Happy Hearts Preschool is committed to meeting our's students at their ability level with a developmentally age appropriate curriculum.  Our curriculum is interactive, engaging  and hands-on.  Our teaching techniques and methodologies are research based and prepare student's for the next stage of their education.  Happy Hearts meets the social, intellectual and emotional needs of their students through educational play activities.

Our curriculum includes:

Handwriting without Tears

Abeka

Saxon Phonics

Saxon Math

In addition to the above curriculum programs, Happy Hearts incorporates the following programs into their weekly calendar:

Healthy Bodies - A program designed to educate children on the importance of physical activity and

                           healthy habits.

Music - A program meeting 2-3 times per week allowing children to express themselves through music.

Dramatic Play and Centers - Time dedicated to helping children strengthen their imagination while learning

                about various topics.

Center Time - Time dedicated to educating students on seasons, weather, the calendar, and pre-literacy skills.
